Case Description
In the Rostov region, no later than July 2023, a 42-year-old local resident, a native of Ukraine, Andrey Bailo, was detained. He was accused of preparing to commit a terrorist attack and illegal circulation of explosives. According to the investigation, the man set fire to a certain state institution. The details of the charges are unknown. At the time of the investigation, the defendant in the case was sent into custody. On August 29, 2024, the Southern District Military Court found Andrey Bailo guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment, the size of the punishment is unknown. February 26, 2025, the Appellate Military Court upheld the verdict.
