On February 2, the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky City Court received a motion from the investigation to choose detention as a preventive measure for the man, but the court denied it. He was given a written undertaking not to leave. On February 13, 2023, Andrei Arkhipov was included in the list of Rosfinmonitoring in the list of persons involved in terrorist activities.
