Case Description

On October 7, 2025, Andrey Andreyev, a 48-year-old local resident of Krasnodar, was detained. A protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against him under the article on disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer. According to the reports of law enforcement officers, Andreyev refused to present documents for inspection at 4 a.m. and tried to escape by running. On October 8, 2023, Judge Andrey Dashevsky of the Ust-Labinsk District Court of the Krasnodar Territory sentenced Andreyev to 10 days of administrative arrest. After serving his sentence, on October 17, 2023, Andreyev was detained on charges of public calls for terrorist activity, public justification and propaganda of terrorism using the Internet. According to the investigation, on August 19, 20 and 21, 2023, the man, under the pseudonym "Fagot Korov'ev," posted comments on YouTube under video recordings of attacks on the Crimean Bridge. In them, he called for planting explosives under the bridge supports, and also wrote: "Glory to Ukraine. Goyda, rebellion!" During the investigation, the defendant in the case was placed in custody. On June 18, 2024, the Southern District Military Court found Andrey Andreyev guilty and, taking into account the partial joining of the unserved sentence under the previous verdict, sentenced him to 3 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony and a fine of 24,859 rubles. The court also prohibited him from engaging in activities related to the administration of websites and channels on the Internet for 2 years and ordered the confiscation of Andreyev's tablet computer. On November 13, 2024, the Appellate Military Court changed the verdict, details are unknown.
