Case Description
According to the investigation, Andrey Alekseyev, who was serving in the military under conscription, around 2 a.m. on June 8, 2022, set fire to the building of the military commissariat in Vladivostok "with the aim of destabilizing the activities of the said institution and influencing the decision of the authorities to cease the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine. According to the investigation, Andrey was also corresponding in a messenger with a "customer" who promised him a monetary reward of 100 thousand rubles in case of complete destruction of the building. Another mandatory condition of the "customer" was the provision of a video recording of the destruction of the object.
