Case Description
Russian military police abducted Russian citizen Anatoly Schetinin in the Armenian city of Gyumri in April 2024. The man was grabbed as he was leaving the consulate and put into a car. According to law enforcement, Schetinin was hiding in Armenia due to his refusal to fight in Ukraine. He was put on the wanted list in Russia. Before being sent to Russia, Schetinin is being held on the territory of the 102nd military base.
