Prilepa Anatoliy Nikolaevich

On June 28, 2024, at the auto bus station in Krasnodar, 43-year-old local resident Anatoly Prilepa was detained. A criminal case was opened against him on charges of attempted state treason and participation in the activities of a terrorist organization. According to law enforcement, on April 27, 2024, Prilepa contacted a representative of the banned terrorist foreign organization "Nationalist Organization "Russian Volunteer Corps. On June 22, 2024, during correspondence, he agreed with a representative of the RDK on a route to enter Ukrainian territory to join the organization and participate in its activities. The resident of Krasnodar planned to travel by bus to Donetsk, where he was supposed to be met by a representative of the "RDK. On June 27, 2024, Priblepa purchased a bus ticket on the route Krasnodar - Donetsk DNR, after which he sent its image and a photograph of his passport to the representative of "RDK", receiving confirmation that a representative of this terrorist organization would be waiting for him in Donetsk." When the Krasnodar resident arrived at the station, he was detained. For the duration of the investigation, the defendant was placed in a pre-trial detention center. ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2025, the Southern District Military Court found Anatoly Prilepa guilty and sentenced him to 9 years in prison in a strict regime penal colony, with the first 3 years to be served in prison.
