Case Description
1. In the city of Kuybyshev, Novosibirsk Oblast, no later than January 2026, three local residents were detained - Anastasia Novoselova, Victoria Malkerova, and 15-year-old Egor Kkushchenko. They were accused of committing sabotage by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. According to the investigation, on January 10, 2026, the young people set fire to the equipment of a cellular base station of PJSC Beeline. On January 15, 2026, the Kuybyshev District Court of Novosibirsk Oblast chose detention as a preventive measure for all three defendants.
