Case Description
In the Samara region, at three in the morning on July 25, 2024, a 21-year-old local resident, Anastasia Ivakhnenko, was detained. The girl was taken to the police station, where a protocol on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was drawn up against her. According to the police, Ivakhnenko swore "obscene language in a public place, offensively harassed citizens, showing clear disrespect for society." On the same day, Judge Bychkova of the Samara District Court of Samara sentenced Ivakhnenko to 15 days of administrative arrest. Subsequently, a criminal case was opened against Ivakhnenko for a terrorist attack committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. According to the investigation, Anastasia "out of mercenary and ideological motives against public safety" organized the arson of a cellular operator's tower. On August 8, 2024, the Samara District Court of Samara chose Ivakhnenko's measure of restraint in the form of detention. In January 2025, it became known that another criminal case was opened against the girl - for treason. The details of the charges are unknown.
