Case Description
On March 26, 2024, a criminal case was initiated in Yekaterinburg against anti-war activist Alyona Smyshlyayeva for "discrediting" the Russian army. Anti-war publications in VK were the reason for criminal prosecution. Earlier, at least 8 administrative protocols were drawn up against Smyshlyaeva. The woman left the country. In April 2024, it became known that Smyshlyayeva was put on the wanted list.
