Case Description
In Moscow, no later than March 2024, a 24-year-old citizen of Kyrgyzstan, Alisher Nuraliyev, was detained. He was accused of participating in a terrorist community, committing a terrorist act, sabotage, assisting and undergoing training in sabotage activities, as well as illegal handling of explosives as part of an organized group. The details of the charges are unknown. The court placed the defendant in custody. 24 April 2025, the 2nd Western Military Court found Alisher Nuraliyev guilty and sentenced him to 20 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony. December 8, 2025, the Appellate Military Court left the sentence unchanged.
