Case Description
On January 29, 2024, in the city of Alchevsk in the occupied Luhansk region, a search was conducted at the home of 18-year-old local resident, Ukrainian citizen Alina Mofe. Russian occupation authorities confiscated Alina's personal mobile phone and found videos on it expressing support for Ukrainian military personnel. On January 30, 2024, an investigator from the Investigative Department of the OVMVD of Russia "Alchevsk" opened a criminal case on an attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs in large quantities."] 1.
