Case Description
On July 31, 2023, in Kazan, a 23-year-old local resident, Alfiya Garipova, threw a Molotov cocktail at the military enlistment office building on Airport Street, d. 1, a bottle with an incendiary mixture, but there was no fire. A girl was detained. During the interrogation, Garipova said that she had become a victim of fraudsters - she received the assignment to set fire to the military enlistment office from certain "law enforcement officers" by phone in order to catch the perpetrators who committed remote fraud.
