Case Description
Initially, the man was arrested for 7 days in the spring of 2022 for writing "No to war" on the wall of the city military enlistment office on March 19, charging him with "discrediting the army. However, even when he was under arrest, the 'Grom' special forces of the Lipetsk UVD conducted a search at his relatives' and his wife's relatives' homes. According to Vorochka's account, FSB officer Dmitry Peregudov and special forces threatened the man with rape, tried to force him to perform oral sex in a police van, and forced him to sing the Russian national anthem. On July 27, Alexey Vorochka was sentenced to 1 year and 11 months.
