"Moreover, Agasaryan received an assignment to acquire other components necessary for attaching an IED to an FSB vehicle, a delivery vehicle and camouflage, as well as instructions on how to manufacture the required IED for the subsequent commission of a terrorist act. On June 26, 2023, Agasyan, together with Vasyautin, illegally acquired components suitable for the manufacture of a radio-controlled homemade explosive device, after which they were detained by FSB officers. On June 28, 2023, the senior criminal investigator of the Investigative Department of the FSB of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol opened a criminal case for illegal circulation of explosives or explosive devices against Agasaryan and Vasyautin." Agasaryan was also accused of treason and attempted terrorism. On June 30, 2023, the Kievsky District Court of Simferopol sent both defendants in the case into custody.
