Case Description
1. In Barnaul in November 2025, a 42-year-old local resident, Aleksey Shevchenko, was detained. He was accused of public calls for terrorism. According to the investigation, the man repeatedly published anti-Russian materials on the internet and posted comments in pro-Ukrainian Telegram public groups calling for violent actions against citizens of the Russian Federation and the destruction of administrative buildings of state authorities. The court chose house arrest as a preventive measure for the defendant during the investigation.
