The Leninsky District Court of Stavropol sent a Stavropol resident to a pre-trial detention center for the duration of the investigation. On June 6, 2024, the Southern District Military Court found Alexey Oksenyuk guilty and sentenced him to 15 years in prison. For the first 2.5 years, Oksenyuk will have to serve in prison, the remaining time in a strict regime colony. The court also ordered a fine of 500 thousand to be collected from the man. rubles.
