В Саратовской области в феврале 2024 года против 30-летнего местного жителя Алексея Елисеева возбудили уголовное дело о покушении на сотрудничество на конфиденциальной основе с иностранным государством и участии в террористическом сообществе. Подробности обвинения и дата задержания неизвестны.
Суд поместил фигуранта дела под стражу.
28 января 2026 года Центральный окружной военный суд вернули дело в прокуратуру для переквалификации обвинения по более тяжкой статье. Елисеева обвинили в государственной измене.
