Based on the case materials, on October 6, a serviceman, while in the military investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky garrison, in violation of the charter of internal service in the Russian Armed Forces, refused to participate in combat operations, thereby failing to comply with the order of the commander of the military unit. It is unknown what his refusal was related to. The 35th Military Garrison Court sentenced Alexey Breusov to one year and eight months in a penal colony-settlement.
