A report on an administrative offense was drawn up against her under the article on non-compliance with a lawful order of a police officer. According to the protocol, the woman refused to present a document proving her identity, due to the visual similarity with the description. The next day, on March 27, 2024, Judge Sergey Koblev of the Temryuk District Court of the Krasnodar Territory sentenced Krasnikova to 15 days of administrative arrest. Upon the expiration of her arrest, on April 10, 2024, the woman was detained again and a new report on an administrative offense was drawn up against her under the article on failure to comply with a lawful order of a police officer - this time she allegedly refused to provide a document identifying her, shouted loudly, used obscene language, tried to escape by running away, in connection with which, physical force and special means (handcuffs) were applied to her. Two days later, on April 11, 2024, Sergey Nazarenko, a judge of the Temryuk District Court of the Krasnodar Territory, arrested Krasnikova for another 15 days. On 24 April 2024, after serving the term of the second administrative arrest, the woman was detained again, and another protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against her under the article on failure to comply with a lawful order of a police officer. It is unknown which court made the decision to arrest him. On May 26, 2024, Krasnikov was detained again and a fourth report on an administrative offense under the article on failure to comply with a lawful order of a police officer was drawn up. According to the police version, the woman refused to identify herself when being taken to the police station, pushed the officers, waved her arms, and tried to escape by running away. On May 26, 2024, Judge Sergey Koblev of the Temryuk District Court of Krasnodar Krai sentenced Krasnikova to 15 days of administrative arrest.
