Some of the published materials were xenophobic in nature and contained images of Nazi symbols. It is also claimed that he managed to involve several residents of Kirov in the club's work. For the duration of the investigation, a preventive measure was taken against the defendant in the form of a written undertaking not to leave. On October 27, 2015, the Leninsky District Court of the Kirov Region found Alexander Zamatin guilty and sentenced him to 2 years in a general regime penal colony. He was taken into custody in the courtroom. On December 17, 2015, the Kirov Regional Court left the verdict unchanged.
