After the Kirov Regional Court liquidated the Kirov Regional Public Organization "Football Club Dynamo Kirov Fans Club" in August 2013 due to extremist activities, Zamatin decided to continue its work, according to the investigation. From October 2013 to November 2014, from his page on the social network "VKontakte" under the pseudonym "Bratva Vlasti, he posted on the page "Leadership of the Fan Club of FC "Dynamo" Kirov" informational materials of a nationalist and fan-oriented nature: the young man allegedly published materials about various club events, such as meetings, processions, trips, etc., on one of the pages in the social network." Some of the published materials were xenophobic in nature and contained images of Nazi symbols. It is also claimed that he managed to involve several residents of Kirov in the club's work.
