In Moscow in March 2024, a criminal case was opened for "fakes" about the Russian army on the grounds of political hatred against 35-year-old Alexander Zakondraev. A search was conducted at his home. The second post also contained a link to a news article from Mail.ru about a rocket attack on Taganrog and a comment: "This is some fucking fucking shit, surreal, absurd - I don't know what else to call it, and how can you relate to this?!" 5. November 13, 2024, the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow issued an in absentia arrest warrant for Zakondraev. December 24, 2024, the Gagarin District Court of Moscow found Alexander Zakondraev guilty in absentia and sentenced him to 8.5 years in a general regime colony. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
