Case Description
In Moscow in March 2024, a criminal case was opened for "fakes" about the Russian army on the grounds of political hatred against 35-year-old Alexander Zakondraev. A search was conducted at his home. The Muscovite himself left Russia. Zakonradya is accused of posting two anti-war posts on VKontakte. In one of them, the man published a link to a news article from the Mail.ru portal about a drone attack on Moscow in July 2023, and accompanied it with a comment: 'The 'attempt was thwarted'... So these bastards think that if a drone hit not the General Staff building, or Putin's office, but someone's private home, apartment, or business center, it means that the 'attempt to attack was thwarted'?! And "serious violations" - is that only if the skyscraper had completely collapsed to hell?! How many more years will Russians put up with this?!!! The second post also contained a link to a news article from Mail.ru about a rocket attack on Taganrog and a comment: "This is some fucking fucking shit, surreal, absurd - I don't know what else to call it, and how can you relate to this?!" 5. The Ministry of Defense reported that: "The Ukrainian missile was detected and intercepted in the air by Russian air defense systems." Watch the video, damn it! "Only ruins remain from the house in Taganrog, while the Ministry of Defense says the missile was "intercepted in the air"!" Is THIS WHAT RUSSIANS ARE OBLIGED TO TRUST - THESE "OFFICIAL INFORMATION SOURCES"?!!! Orwell couldn't have dreamed of this!.. November 13, 2024, the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow issued an in absentia arrest warrant for Zakondraev. December 24, 2024, the Gagarin District Court of Moscow found Alexander Zakondraev guilty in absentia and sentenced him to 8.5 years in a general regime colony. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
