Ptakhin Aleksandr Viktorovich (Ptakhin Oleksandr Viktorovich)

In Melitopol, local residents, citizens of Ukraine - 35-year-old Oksana Ptokhina and her 37-year-old brother Alexander Ptokhin - were detained no later than June 2025. Oxana was accused of aiding terrorist activities, participating in a terrorist community, and committing a terrorist act. It is unknown under which articles Alexander was accused. According to the investigation, Ptakhina voluntarily joined a Ukrainian terrorist community, involved her brother in its activities, and collected information for Ukrainian special services about the location of Russian military personnel and equipment in Melitopol. According to her stated goals, in March 2023 Ukrainian military forces carried out a strike using rocket weaponry, as a result of which two people were wounded and a building was partially destroyed. Both defendants in the case were placed in a pre-trial detention center.
