Case Description
In the Irkutsk region, no later than June 2025, a 19-year-old local resident, Alexander Lanovy, was detained on charges of sabotage. The details of the charges are unknown. Preliminary reports indicate that the young man became a victim of fraudsters. For the duration of the investigation, the young man was sent to a pre-trial detention center.
