Case Description
After the start of the war, Alexander Kudashev moved to Moldova, from where he tried several times to get to Ukraine. He was allowed entry only after he registered with the RDK. During his first battle in mid-August 2023, Kudashev was wounded in the leg. Russian security forces are charging Kudashev with an article on participation in an illegal armed formation.
