Case Description
On July 10, 2025, in the Moscow Region, a 20-year-old local resident, Alexander Karpovets, was detained. He was brought to administrative responsibility four times under the article on petty hooliganism and once for allegedly disobeying the lawful order of a law enforcement officer: on July 10, 2025, Judge Irina Grechanaya of the Podolsk City Court of the Moscow Region arrested Karpov for 7 days. On July 17, 2025, Olga Myadyuta, a judge of the Chekhov City Court of the Moscow Region, arrested Karpov for 7 days. On July 24, 2025, Judge Elena Lebedeva of the Kuntsevo District Court of Moscow arrested Karpov for 15 days. On August 8, 2025, Judge Galina Talanina of the Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow arrested Karpov for 14 days. 22 August 2025, Judge Alexander Lobachyov of the Mytishchi City Court of the Moscow Region arrested Karpovets for 12 days under the article on disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer. On September 3, 2025, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow arrested Karpovets at the request of the investigation in a criminal case of treason. The details of the charges are unknown.
