Case Description
In Moscow, no later than April 2023 (the exact date is unknown), a criminal case was opened for sabotage, participation in a sabotage community, and public calls for extremist activity against 52-year-old Ukrainian citizen Alexander Kalachev. The details of the charges are unknown. February 15, 2024, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow issued an in absentia arrest warrant for Kalachyova. The court ruled that the arrest period should be calculated from the moment of transfer to the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation in the case of extradition or deportation to the territory of the Russian Federation, or from the moment of actual detention on the territory of the Russian Federation, or from the moment of voluntary entry into the territory of the Russian Federation.
