Case Description
In Lipetsk, no later than December 2024, 33-year-old local resident Alexander Yevdokimov was detained on charges of sabotage. The details of the charges are unknown. The man was placed in a pre-trial detention center. On January 22, 2025, the Lipetsk Regional Court released Alexander Yevdokimov from liability and ordered compulsory medical measures to be applied to him. The court's decision was not appealed and entered into legal force.
