Case Description
In the city of Sterlitamak, Republic of Bashkortostan, a criminal case was initiated for financing the activities of an 'undesirable organization' against a local 42-year-old resident, Albina Magadeyeva. The date of the criminal case initiation is unknown. The reason for the criminal prosecution was the transfer of money to the Ukrainian church "Renaissance. 23 September 2024, the Sterlitamak City Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan terminated the case against Albina Magadeeva due to her active repentance. The court's decision was appealed by the prosecutor of the Sterlitamak district of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Rakhmatullin I.Z. and on December 16, 2024, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan overturned the sentence. On February 21, 2025, the Sterlitamak City Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan found Albina Magadeyeva guilty and sentenced her to a suspended sentence, the length of the sentence is unknown. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
