Case Description
During the night of July 8, two relay cabinets and one battery cabinet caught fire at the Balakirevo railway station in the Vladimir region. The agency called the cause of the incident "interference by outsiders." On July 13, 18-year-old local resident A.K. Sergeev was detained on charges of arson. A criminal case of sabotage was opened against him. According to the investigation, Sergeev committed the arson on the orders of unknown persons whom he met on the Internet for a reward of 30 thousand rubles. The court sent Sergeev to a pre-trial detention center.
